We’re excited to invite food and drink traders to join us at this year’s Illuminate Ipswich. We’re seeking a diverse mix of operators to deliver key Food & Beverage offerings throughout the event.

• Crepes / Churros / Waffles / Donuts

• Jacket Potatoes

• Yorkshire Wraps

• Loaded Bowls & Wraps

• Pizza

• Any additional seasonal offerings

Drinks Options We’re Looking For:

• Hot Chocolate

• Coffee & Tea

• Mulled Wine & Cider

We’re particularly interested in experienced traders who can handle high-volume service, as large visitor numbers are expected for this year’s trail. All traders will be required and contracted to open on all days of operation. We are not interested in traders that can only do select dates.
