We’re pleased to offer Flexi Tickets, a simple way to change your booking, because we know plans can sometimes change! Flexi Tickets allow you to reschedule your booking up to 7 days before your original visit date. By paying a one-off fee at checkout when purchasing tickets, you can change your entire booking once, free of charge. Please note: this option allows rescheduling only and does not entitle you to a refund.

• Please ensure you read and understand the following terms and conditions before purchasing a Flexi Ticket

​

• A one-off fee of £5 will be charged at checkout to add a Flexi Ticket to your order. This can be added to your basket after you have selected your entrance tickets.

​

• If you have booked Off-Peak tickets, you will only be able to transfer your booking to Off-Peak sessions. If you have purchased peak tickets, you will have the option to transfer to Off-Peak or Peak sessions.

​

• If you do not use your Flexi Ticket, the £5 fee is non-refundable.

​

• Flexi Tickets do not entitle the holder to a refund under any circumstances. Our standard refund policy still applies.

​

• Flexi Ticket holders can change their booking up to 7 days before their original visit date. Requests made within 7 days of the original visit will not be accepted.

​

• Your new booking date must be at least 7 days from the date you submit your request. This allows our customer service team enough time to update your booking. Please note our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm.

​

• It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check availability for their preferred new session before submitting a request. If you request a fully booked session, your request will be declined, and you will need to submit a new request for an available session.

​

• A Flexi Ticket applies to a single booking only. The lead name on the Flexi Ticket must match the entrance ticket holder’s name for the request to be processed.

​

• If all future sessions that suit you are sold out, and you are therefore unable to transfer your booking, no refund will be issued for your Flexi Ticket. All bookings are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
